We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a SR. SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (REMOTE) with one of the leading CPG manufacturers in the U.S. Newly created confidential position reporting to the Director of Sales for a multi-billion dollar U.S. division experiencing rapid growth and expansion. The ideal candidate should currently live in the Midwest (OH to NE and WI to MO and all points in-between) and be willing to relocate to any number of locations from the Midwest to CA in the future - this is a requirement).

We seek Sr. Sales Account Managers hungry to prove themselves and advance into a Director role in 1-2 years.

Our client seeks a high-level talent with 10+ years of progressive experience in sales within the packaging, food & beverage or manufacturing industries, a track record of stability and a bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate should also have experience developing and leading talent, be a big-picture and strategic thinker with drive and ambition, and be willing to work long hours, travel, and dig into details to develop customers for a lasting symbiotic relationship. Or will consider Director or VP level candidates in smaller companies. Candidate must be able to successfully hunt & farm to put the business in the best position to secure new accounts as well as infiltrate existing customers to maximize growth and foster long-term relationships.

Compensation, depending on experience, in the $160-215,000 base range with 20% target bonus and excellent company benefits package.

MUST HAVES: High-potential – able to move into Director’s role within 1-2 years Bachelor’s degree 10+ yrs. sales experience in CPG – will call on major food & beverage clients Hunt & farm experience Must be willing to relocate in the future Travel 40-70% Stable work history
