Wade and Phyllis Palmer offer a lifetime of headhunting experience strictly in food & beverage manufacturing. They have filled jobs in every professional discipline, at all levels and in every region of the U.S. They remain energized by those hard-to-fill assignments and still love the recruiting process.

Wade had played about every sport growing up and continued his athletic career in college as a member of the Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) basketball team and a four-year starter as pitcher on the baseball team. It was during his last semester of college that he took on a part-time job at a recruiting firm and quickly realized recruiting would be his life's profession. Soon Wade started his own recruiting firm working with food/beverage manufacturing plants all over the nation. His wife, Phyllis, joined him in recruiting and they have been a successful team ever since.

Wade is also Founder & President of Help Give Hope, one of the Southwest Missouri's largest children's charities, which annually assists hundreds of families-in-need and thousands of children ( www.helpgivehope.org ). He was recognized as the 2004 Humanitarian of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce in Springfield, MO. And Wade is active in the mission trip ministries in Asia and Central America.

Phyllis's career started at an NBC affiliate television station in advertising writing and production, along with on-air talent. She was an on-air talent spokesperson for a Branson MO one hour "award winning" tourism television program that aired for 20 years.

Wade and Phyllis are life-long residence of Southwest Missouri and have two grown daughters.
