| Our services have been retained to fill two positions, a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR & QUALITY SUPERVISOR – for one of the most innovative, profitable, and fast-growing privately held, multi-plant food processors in the nation. This role will be at plant facility in a small to mid-size community in the Kansas region offering robust economy, good schools, and numerous outdoor recreational activities. This highly successful company! customized equipment producing unique products. Both positions require leadership experience as a lead, supervisor, manager, or have interim plant management responsibilities. Prefer food manufacturing experience. Must have 1+ year of supervisory or lead plant manufacturing experience with high school education or equivalent. The PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR reports to a Production Superintendent. Oversees 3+ associates (working 2nd or 3rd shift) supervising safe operations, equipment and sanitation procedures and interfaces with plant/ corporate/quality arenas according to plant/company objectives. Responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring production records/programs. The QUALITY SUPERVISOR reports to a Quality Manager. Oversee 3+ associates and responsible for high standards of safety and ensure QA activities performed accurately in according to guidelines, including labeling, audits, USDA, SOP, SSOP, HACCP, sanitation, inspections, etc. Salary in the $75,000 to $80,000 base range with 10% bonus potential (depending on experience/education).
