| Growing, privately held beverage manufacturer in medium size, central Indiana community seeking a promotable operations professional. 4-year degree preferred but not required. Must be willing to work off-shift. Reports to Operations Manager in 120 person, nonunion facility. Open due to growth. Strongly prefer 2+ years first line supervisory experience in a high speed packaging environment. Salary in the $75-80,000 base range with 10% bonus potential.
