| Medium size, growing national food manufacturer. Plant of 400 nonunion in mid-South community (good schools, good quality of life and reasonable COL). Position reports to GM and responsible for 3 shifts, 8 salaried and 250 hourly personnel. Open due to promotion. Immediate need! Must come from high speed packaging environment. College degree a must and 8+ years operations experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing with at least 3-5 in 2nd line management. Must offer high promotability and be flexible on location.
