|Our services have been retained by an international consumer products manufacturer (food, beverages, HBA & pharma) to recruit a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (GENERALIST) to support multiple business units. This sole contributor role reports to the Director of Human Resources and will be based at their North Jersey (near NYC and Newark) North American HQ.
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will collaborate with the operations functions within the Food & Beverage division to provide the day-to-day HR support. Broad responsibilities include the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs as well as consulting with line managers on issues surrounding employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. The HR Generalist will demonstrate an understanding of the business objectives to ensure that the HR solutions make a positive impact on the business.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or a related field and 4+ years of HR Generalist experience. • Experience working in the manufacturing industry • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization. • Ability to proactively see trends/issues before line brings them to HR’s attention. • Ability to challenge line managers’ thinking. • Experience with Change Management
